Note: the link leads straight to the main gate of the project.

A private, covered parking space is located just outside the villa for your convenience.

Upon arrival at the main gate, collect the villa key directly from the security guard.

Feel free to ask the guard to guide you on how to reach Villa 38.

Please keep the key with you safely for the duration of your stay.

When checking out, simply return the key to the security guard at the gate.

The villa has a central VRV air conditioning system. To turn on the A/C in the living room, use the small Daikin control panels on the walls — the power button is at the top of each panel.

Please keep sliding doors closed so the A/C works efficiently.

• No food or drinks inside the jacuzzi — spillages disrupt the chemical balance and damage the filtration system.
• No glass in or around the jacuzzi area, to avoid injuries.

Please do not throw paper or tissues into the toilet — the local sewage system blocks very easily. Use the waste bin provided.

Unblocking due to flushed paper can incur a maintenance charge of over €300.

Whenever you leave the villa, please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked.

Take extra care with the physical keys. If you lock yourself out, a professional locksmith is required, at an additional charge of €60–€100 depending on the time of day. Always double-check you have the key before stepping outside.
